I’m Paige Bloom,

Ayurvedic Counselor & Mindfulness Educator.

I share the holistic wisdom of ancient, feminine form Ayurveda to help people liberate themselves from society’s bullshit expectations.

As a recovering workaholic myself, I'm here to support my fellow productivity junkies and to usher in a new paradigm of stability and ease. Perhaps like me, you were programmed to believe your worth is based on what you achieve, what you produce, and how much you can get done. This may sound ideal, but we all know from experience it will only leave you severely depleted, still chasing fulfillment, and with little energy left to actually enjoy your life! 

Ayurveda brings us back to our natural cyclical rhythms, and the innate wisdom we have become disconnected from as we “just do it” and override our intuition and the guidance our body, mind and soul are always trying to give us.

My Approach

  • The body and mind are constantly giving us feedback through emotional responses, gut feelings, or when things are easy and in flow. I will teach you to harness this data to help you make informed choices instead of always working hard, pushing through this feedback and overriding your intuition. It doesn’t have to be this hard- let me show you the way.

  • We all have ways that we have been programmed to respond, to engage, to believe or to feel. We may have internalized beliefs from childhood, or through more current dynamics and experiences. Together we’ll get to the root of these patterns, and I’ll teach you how to create new neural pathways and identify new ways to show up for yourself that feels good and isn’t about how it makes others feel, or what it looks like from the outside.

  • This is the fun part. With a bit of grounding, clarity and true nourishment, you’ll have the capacity to mindfully redesign the aspects of your life that are not in alignment. We each have different learning styles, and different areas of strength. This is where we come up with an individual action plan for you to make the shifts along your journey to deeper fulfillment. I will guide you to take reasonable steps towards living your life where you mean what you say and you say what you mean. Where your yes is your yes and your no is your no. Where who you are on the inside is reflected in who we see on the outside.

  • We’re culturally accustomed and societally programmed to feel like we need to earn pleasure in our life. It’s a radical act to feel deserving enough to actually allow yourself to enjoy how you spend your time. Let’s shift that paradigm. It’s time for the hustle and grind era to end. Let’s replace it by allowing ourselves to feel good in our daily lives. I’ll show you how.

Ayurveda and Mindfulness provided me with a supportive, nourishing approach to understanding myself with clarity, and empowering me to make decisions that were in alignment with my needs and the person I truly wanted to become in this lifetime. This isn’t another self care approach or never ending morning routine- it’s a shift in how you intentionally design your life, inside and out, that allows you to be in alignment with the person you have always been.
