When you’ve done all the things you’re supposed to do, and still feel off, or even feel just plain shitty physically, mentally, or emotionally…

…that just means it’s time to change up the energetics. And I’m here to help you navigate these transitions and shifts.

Together we’ll examine the different factors contributing to your current status- relationships, work life, your physical space, your daily routine, your self-care practices. We’ll dive into how you spend your time, how present you are, and what symptoms are coming up- it’s all here to guide you. We’ll discuss your past experiences, get familiar with your patterns and use this to give you clarity around where you want to go and what goals you want to set.

With all of this information I will customize a unique to you protocol and provide you with the structure and support to navigate these changes from an empowered and clear mindset.

The Process

During our first session together we will deep dive into the qualities of your life. How you spend your day, who you share your time and space with, how your energy levels feel, and the overarching patterns in different areas of your life (think relationships, time, nourishment, pleasure, emotional tendencies). We’ll examine some of your history- how you got to where you are, and even discuss your lineage if known. We’ll end by discussing some personal goals for what you want to gain from our sessions.

From the information we unpack together I will create an individualized protocol. My goal is for you to deepen your awareness of yourself, and provide you with a framework to make decisions that are in alignment with who you are but also who you are striving to become.

The wisdom of ancient Ayurveda will be our guide. My experience sharing mindfulness tools and practices will help ground you into the present moment and allow you to become familiar with and begin to soothe your nervous system. And finally mix that with a dash of my educational expertise to make sure you are able to successfully understand and implement these concepts on your own.

We will meet every two weeks for an hour to create a rhythm that supports your growth- enough time between sessions for you to really digest what we’ve covered and begin to implement some shifts, but enough support to keep you headed in the direction of your goals. My hope is that within a few months you’ll see some major shifts and be able to navigate your world with these tools and practices in your back pocket- independent of support from anyone but your own aligned and informed heart, body, mind and soul.
